Coronavirus safety notice

A message to our clients

Whilst we hope to be welcoming clients back for treatments soon, government guidance has made it clear that it is not yet safe to do so.

However, with the correct social distancing measures in place we are now able to open our doors for clients to purchase all our skincare products.

To ensure utmost safety & wellbeing for clients & staff we now have the following measurements in place:

Cannelle reopening for treatments

FAQs

When Will You Be Open For Treatments?
Following the government announcement on Monday 11th May regarding salons, we are hoping to re-open for treatments on 4th July. We will always follow the latest safety advice so this date may change depending on advice we receive
Will You Be Offering All Treatments When You Re-Open?
At the moment the plan is to offer our whole treatment range when we re-open but we will be following the social distancing guidelines so certain treatments may be restricted and opening hours will be extended to enable us to have fewer clients and staff in the salon at any one time.
What Safety Measures Will Be In Place When You Re-Open For Treatments?
Over the next few weeks we will be listening to the safety, PPE and social distancing advise from the government and our salons will function adapt according to the safety guidelines given. Whilst we remain flexible and will adapt safety measures according to official advice, these are the changes you can expect to see from 4th July when we offer treatments:
Reception area will be screened and we will accept card payments only

Therapists will wear shields, gloves and mouth masks
Manicure areas will have shields
Opening hours will be extended to allow for safe social distancing for staff and clients.
Everyone entering the salon will have their temperature taken prior to entry. Staff will also have their temperature taken regularly.
There will be no testers, magazines or drinks provided. Clients can get water from the water dispenser providing they bring their own bottle.
Can I Book In For Treatments Before 4th July To Ensure I Get An Appointment As Early As Possible?
If you would like to be prioritised for a treatment booking please email info@cannellemedispa.co.uk with your name and mobile number and what treatment you would like to get booked in for and we will call you the week prior to 4 July.
How Can I Buy Gift Vouchers?
